I'm Manny. I built Clover to do this the right way.

I'm the person who picks up the phone when you call, and I'm the person who shows up when we agree on a time. I do the walkthroughs, the measurements, and the bids myself. I've been on Willamette Valley roofs for [[YEARS]] years.

Clover Home Solutions is my company. I built it because I saw too many customers get burned by high-pressure sales and vague promises. Our promise is simple: keep every promise. Show up when we said we'd show up. Explain what's wrong in plain English. Write a clear bid you can compare to anyone else's. Then let you decide on your timeline.

If you call three other roofers after me, that's the right call — you should. I'd rather earn your trust with the right work than push you into a decision you'll regret. That's how family businesses last.

Manny Torres, owner of Clover Home Solutions, with [[YEARS]] years experience roofing in the Willamette Valley.

Three ways to do a roof. I'll explain all three. You pick.

No "good-better-best" pressure. Just what's actually in each.

Solid

A clean tear-off of the old roof. New underlayment, new flashings around chimneys and vents, mid-grade architectural shingles. This is the roof most homeowners need. Done right, it lasts 25 to 30 years.

Brand options: Owens Corning Duration, CertainTeed Landmark, or Malarkey Vista.

Reinforced

Everything in Solid, plus the upgrades that fail first on cheaper roofs: lifetime pipe boots instead of the rubber kind that crack in 10 years, valley metals, premium underlayment, and a higher-grade shingle. The "best value" tier — the one I'd put on my own family's house.

Brand options: Owens Corning Duration FLEX, CertainTeed Landmark Pro, or Malarkey Legacy.

Premium

Designer shingles in a wider range of colors, the heaviest weight, the longest manufacturer warranties. Ideal if curb appeal matters or you plan to stay in this home another 30+ years.

Brand options: Owens Corning Berkshire, CertainTeed Presidential, or Malarkey Windsor.

Whatever tier we land on, the crew is the same, the care is the same, the workmanship warranty is the same. Materials change. Standards don't.

The whole outside of your house. One company.

Roof replacement

Tear off the old roof, address rotten decking and damaged fascia underneath, install new. Written bid with three tier options.

Roof repairs

Leaks, missing shingles, pipe boot failures, flashing issues, moss removal. If your roof has another decade in it, we'd rather fix the problem than sell you a replacement.

Gutters

Seamless aluminum installation, repair, cleanouts, downspout placement. Good gutters keep water away from your foundation — that's structural, not cosmetic.

Siding

Installation and repair — lap, board-and-batten, shake. Rotten or warped siding lets water into the walls; catching it early is the difference between a repair and a rebuild.

Exterior painting

Full exterior repaints and refresh work — body, trim, doors, soffits, garage doors. Prep-heavy process, because paint over bad prep fails in two Oregon winters.

Free exterior inspection

When we're out for any bid, we look at the whole exterior — roof, gutters, siding, paint. One visit, one honest picture of what needs attention now, soon, and never.

Not sure what you need? Call [[PHONE]] — five minutes and I'll tell you straight.

What happens after you call.

1

We talk on the phone.

You tell me what you're seeing. I take notes. In a few minutes I'll know whether you need a full inspection, a repair, or a quick second opinion. I'll offer times for the inspection right there — no back-and-forth.

2

I show up.

On time. Company shirt, tools, measuring gear. I text before I arrive so you can gather yourself. I walk the property with you, take detailed measurements, and answer every question I can.

3

I write the bid.

Line by line. Materials, brands, warranties, labor, timeline, everything. Base price with material options priced separately. Signed copy delivered to you. The bid holds for 30 days.

4

You decide on your timeline.

2-4 days is normal for a decision, up to 8 with no pressure. I don't chase. If you decide to move forward, I keep you updated every day the crew is on-site.
